Industrial Gas
Power Through Any Application
No one knows industrial gas applications like O.E. Meyer. We stock it all: CO2, argon, nitrogen, helium, propane, acetylene, or hydrogen for welding or cutting metals and alloys, specialty mixes, and more. We make it easy for you: Our full-line, end-to-end industrial gas service is the reliable, turnkey solution you need to operate worry-free and with exceptional efficiency.
Premium Quality
Our state-of-the-art filling facility is compliant with ISO 9001 standards, and our gases are mixed per the American Welding Society purity specifications. Our gases pass multiple grade tests to ensure the highest quality with batch analysis reports available upon request.
Flexible Delivery
We can deliver individual cylinders or fill micro-bulk tanks on-site using fast-fill cryogenic pumps—the choice is yours. Our efficient distribution matrix ensures you get what you need, when you need it, with 24/7 support to keep you up and running, with no hiccups.
Safer Operations
While bulk gases offer savings in product pricing and efficiencies, they’re a lot safer, too. Bulk gas delivery virtually eliminates cylinder handling, which decreases the chance of an accident involving a high-pressure cylinder.
Full Service Partner
We do more than supply gas—our team partners with yours to optimize your operations. We design, install and maintain a gas supply system to meet your evolving needs. We can also take a look at your safety procedures, system analytics, and distribution channels to help you realize more time and cost savings.
Industrial Gases
From aerospace to food to manufacturing, we can help you match the suitable gas for your exact application, whether that means a stock product or a custom mixture.
Compressed Gases
Whether you’re welding pipe or powering a forklift, we supply a full range of compressed gaseous and liquid gases to handle any job. We stock everything from “acetylene to xenon” along with a wide range of compressed gas equipment and gas accessories like regulators, manifolds, piping, valves, adapters, fittings, flowmeters, gauges, and storage equipment.
Safety First
Supplying compressed gases comes with the responsibility to ensure that these gases can be used safely on the job. Using criteria established by OSHA, NFPA, FDA, and CGA, O.E. Meyer works to ensure delivery of the highest quality and safest gas systems available. We evaluate each of our gas cylinders before and during filling, and we batch-analyze all gases to verify that they meet or exceed specifications.
Shielding Gases
Welding is an exact science—and gas is an essential part of that equation. We supply the standard pure and mixed gas blends and custom blends for specific, precision welding applications. Our cryogenic experts can spec gases for various uses and finishes, including weld bead profiles, width and depth of weld penetration, and more.
Specialty Gases
Our expansive specialty product line features a wide range of gases, including cryogenic and non-cryogenic products like medical gases, electronic gases, and rare and special gases. Typical stock items include nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, argon, and helium in varying purities. Whether you require a pure specialty gas or a custom mixed gas, we’ve got what you need.
Specialty Gases Filling + Analysis
Our gases lab contains modern analytical equipment that gives our technicians the ability to analyze products for contaminants in the parts-per-million (PPM) range. We offer 99.9999% pure gases along with a broad range of standard and custom specialty gases mixtures. Advanced production techniques enable us to supply rare and specialty gases that meet the highest standards. We ensure consistent, pure gases by controlling the filling process from start to finish.
Here’s How It Works
Prepare and test containers to detect and eliminate contaminants
Fill containers with product using fast-fill cryogenic pumps
During the filling process, evaluate product based on multiple analytic and purity test points
Seal tested and approved product containers
Deliver pure, batch-tested gas product to the customer
Our plant is registered with the FDA and complies with ISO 9001. We strive to exceed customer expectations with every batch of gases manufactured, filled, and delivered.
