Workplace Safety Is Our Job

Ethylene Oxide Monitoring (EtO)

Air monitoring is necessary to measure potential risk associated with this colorless, odorless gas that is flammable and highly reactive. Our analysis focuses on sterilizing hospital supplies and equipment and ensuring existing environmental levels comply with regulatory guidelines.

Formaldehyde + Xylene Monitoring

Our technicians measure airborne levels to identify the potential risk of excessive concentrations of formaldehyde and xylene. These studies ensure all engineering controls are performing as designed to reduce the levels below the permissible exposure limit.

Glutaraldehyde Monitoring

Glutaraldehyde is a cold sterilant used to disinfect heat-sensitive instruments. Healthcare employees may be exposed to glutaraldehyde in histology and pathology labs. Ambient air samples are obtained by our technicians before, during, and after use to verify existing levels and ensure compliance.

Medical Gas Analysis

We conduct regular analysis to ensure medical gases comply with all standards, requirements, and recommendations established by The Joint Commission and NFPA. Testing the proficiency of a medical gas distribution system includes inlets, outlets, zone valves, area alarms, and all source distribution equipment (excludes bulk oxygen system).

Ventilation Testing

Our technicians monitor and document air pressures and air exchange rates in sensitive ventilation areas of the facility to verify employee safety.

Waste Anesthetic Gases

NIOSH and OSHA guidelines are followed in all biomedical facilities where anesthetic gas is dispensed. Our technicians measure and document the anesthetic gas and identify methods to limit excessive exposure.

Medical Gas Delivery Systems

No job is too big or too small. We provide trusted medical gas delivery system command from one-room retro-fit projects to surgery centers to new 275-bed acute care facilities.

Our team offers end-to-end project management, including delivery system design, mechanical engineering, plumbing, and general contracting. As an authorized equipment distributor, we provide full-service product lines for medical and dental source equipment, as well as gas pipeline components.

Documentation

The Real–Time Data You Need To Work Smarter - And Safer.

Documented compliance reporting is provided to compliment your efforts with regulation and accreditation requirements. Our equipment management program provides hospital, surgery center, and physician practice customers online access to equipment inventory, upcoming maintenance needs, and work order history.

Our system capabilities include managing adds/deletes to inventory, departmental ownership, upcoming preventative maintenance, and historic maintenance activity. We also offer customized programs to meet unique asset documentation needs.
