Automated Filling	O.E. Meyer Co.'s state of the art gases filling facility utilizes the most efficient gas production technology available today and complies with ISO 9001:2000. Multiple analytical test points throughout the facility give us the ability to verify raw materials and to continue to monitor product purity throughout the production process. we employ modern production techniques that include palletized cylinder movement and filing. fast fill cryogenic pumps are used in conjunction with PLC 's and remote controlled cryogenic valves to assure our customers that each cylinder will be filled to it's predetermined maximum. Each batch of our shielding gas blends are analyzed to make certain that the mixed gases meet American Welding Society purity specifications. Actual analysis are available upon customer request.
Analytical Capabilities	The gases lab contains modern analytical equipment that gives our technician's the ability to analyze products for contaminants in the parts per million range. Our facility can't guarantee high purity products with out making certain that our cylinders don't add unwanted contaminants to the gases. We perform a specialized cylinder prep on every cylinder that will be used to hold product with a purity of 99.999% or greater. Special cylinder rollers are used when we are providing mixes with small percentages of a secondary gas. O.E. Meyer Co.'s gases facility is FDA registered. We meet or exceed all requirements necessary to produce medical gases. Our fill technicians have been trained on the rigorous procedures required to produce these critical products.

Our capabilities extend past individual cylinders and include liquid cylinders, cradles, tube trailers, and bulk products. We employ technicians that install bulk vessels for oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and propane. Our installations are engineered to fit out customers specific need. We offer vessel sizes that range form 200 gallon through 9,000 gallon. typical systems can include ambient air vaporizers, economizer circuits, pressure building assemblies and duel safety relief devices. Cryogenic Technicians are available 24/7 to support the needs of our customers. Our propane division offers bulk propane with integrity.
