Arc Equipment Repair

Our arc equipment technicians have been through many repair schools on every major brand of equipment and are authorized by ESAB, Hypertherm, Lincoln, Miller, Thermal Dynamics, Thermal Arc, Innerlogic, Cyclomatic, Jetline, Fanuc and many others to provide warranty and after warranty repairs. We offer repair services on all types of electric arc welding equipment, plasma cutting/welding equipment, wire feeders, manual and robotic MIG guns, and portable welder/generators. O.E. Meyer Co.’s preventative maintenance (PM) programs help keep your equipment operating at an optimum. Programs are available for in house PM of welding/cutting systems and field PM programs for robotics, welding/cutting systems, and Certified Gauge Calibrations. In-house PM programs can include pressure washing, blow dry and clean with high pressure nitrogen, load bank to rated output and duty cycle to insure that the output is as specified when new, and calibration of gauges to NIST standards. The systems are re-assembled, tested and returned to the customer with a certification sheet. If additional problems are found during the PM process, we notify the customer, and provide an estimate on the cost of the repair. Field PM programs for robotics include inspection of the complete system and regular grease changes on the mechanical unit. These programs are custom tailored to best suit the customers manufacturing requirements. When doing gauge calibrations in house or in the field, all paperwork and certification documents are handled by O.E. Meyer Co.
